  • 1 box(es) 18.25 oz Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup(s) Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup(s) Butter, softened
  • 1.25 cup(s) Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 piece(s) Large Eggs
  • 2 cup(s) Milk Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. 1. in mixing bowl, beat the dry cake mix, peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and eggs on medium speed until well-blended and smooth - stir in chocolate chips

  3. 2. drop onton ungreased cookie sheets

  4. 3. bake for 9-11 minutes - transfer to wire rack to cool

  5. To make cookie bars: spray jelly roll pan with non-stick spray, spread cookie dough evenly in pan, bake about 20 minutes
