THIS DESSERT IS SUPER EASY BECAUSE IT USES A BOX OF YELLOW CAKE MIX AND CANNED PEACHES

Ingredients
- 4 can(s) (16 oz) Sliced Peaches in Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 stick(s) butter or margarine melted
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1/2 cup(s) cornstarch
- FOR CRUMBLE
- 1 box(es) Yellow or Lemon Cake Mix
- 1/2 stick(s) butter melted
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
Preparation
- Pour all cans of peaches (and syrup) in a large bowl.
- * In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch , cinnamon, and nutmeg with a small amount of the peach syrup to blend into liquid form.
- * In another small bowl,mix the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla
- *Combine the contents of the 2 small bowls and pour over the peaches, blending well.
- *Pour all of this into an ungreased 13 x 9 cake pan.
- For topping: Blend the cake mix and melted butter, creating a coarse crumble mix
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peach mixture. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
