Easy Peach Cobbler The batter rises through the peaches while cooking.

  • 1 stick(s) Butter
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 cup(s) Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch(s) Salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) Milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 1 can(s) Cling Peaches in syrup
  • Cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a 9 x 13 glass baking pan, melt one stick of butter.
  3. (You can melt it in the oven while the oven is preheating. Be careful not to burn the butter, or yourself.)

  4. While the butter is melting ...
  5. Make the batter.

  6. In a Bowl:
  7. Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  8. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
  9. Set the batter aside.

  10. Carefully remove the baking pan with melted butter from the oven.
  11. Slowly pour the melted butter in to the batter.
  12. Stir gently to combine.
  13. Set the batter aside.

  14. Into the same baking pan where you melted the butter, pour in 1 large can of peaches.
  15. Sprinkle peaches with 1/4 c sugar and pinch of cinnamon.
  16. Pour the batter over the peaches. The batter will rise to the top during baking.
  17. BAKE at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
