Worthy of a Special Occasion

My boyfriend & I loved this! Its very tasty and so easy to make. Served it with Miso Chicken Piccata (also from myrecipes.com) & we thought the flavors went really well together.

YUMMY! This was SO easy and quick. The only thing I changed was to use chicken broth since I didn't have the wine and I used 12oz of mushrooms and sprinkled some parm over it. A keeper for sure!

Very quick, easy and delicious. It's easy to make it too salty though, so low sodium soy is required and/or skip the added salt.

Wonderful! I also used chicken broth...no white wine at home. Quick and easy. Great side dish. YUM!
