This recipe is soooo easy, especially after you've made it a time or two. I use whole wheat lasagna noodles, reduced fat buitoni pesto, and 2 cups of 2% Italian cheese blend mixed with 2 cups of regular Italian cheese blend to lighten it up a bit. It's more a weeknight standard than "worthy of a special occasion", but I wanted to give it the 4 stars. Great recipe!

This was delish! I loved the flavor the pesto gave the ricotta. I cut the amount of cheese in half...I didn't add any in between the layers...just two cups on top along with some Parmesan.
