2 none (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 none garlic clove, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauté spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately.
