Easy Italian Spinach
Throw together this healty and flavorful easy Italian spinach recipe for an easy side dish.
Yield: Makes 4 servings
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Sauté spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately.
