  • 5 tablespoons malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 carrots (3 oz.), peeled and grated

How to Make It
