1 1/2 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
Everything Bagel Seasoning
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. dried minced garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. finely crumbled feta
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp. lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives or scallions
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
How to Make It
Place rolls around a 9-inch round baking pan lightly coated with cooking spray, leaving space between each one. Brush rolls generously with egg, and sprinkle with desired topping.
Lightly coat 1 side of a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray. Cover rolls with coated side of plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place (80° to 85°), free from drafts, until doubled in size and dough has filled the pan, about 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Uncover, and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
