This recipe is wrong. waaaay too much sugar, the cupcakes fell once out of the oven, and crumbled if you tried to eat one. They would probably be better with 1 1/3 cups sugar.

the cupcakes were not as moist as i would have hoped, but they were not that bad. they are very are rather sturdy though, so perfect for filling.

Add 2 Tablespoons of yogurt or mayo, cut the sugar down to 1-1/4 Cups and increase flour to 2 C, 3 Tablespoons. Worked great for me.
