- 2lbs chicken
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 cup self rising flour
- pepper as desired
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 can creamof chicken soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 sm can peas and carrots drained
- place chicken pieces in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. pour chicken broth over chicken. spread soup over all. add pepper as desired. Add peas and carrots over top. Top with crust mix. Pour over top and do not stir. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- crust mix: melted butter, flour and milk
