- 1 bag(s) noodles
- 2 quart(s) water
- 8 teaspoon(s) chicken boullion granules
- 4 fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
- finely chopped onion or dried onion flakes to taste
- 1 can(s) 10 oz chunk chicken (I use white meat) drained
- Place water in large pan and add boullion granules, fennel, Italian seasoning, onion (if desired), and chicken chunks. Bring to a boil and add noodles, cooking according to noodle directions. Remove chicken and noodles from pan using a Chinese strainer or other large slotted spoon. Add a couple twists of black pepper and serve.
