This was easy and really yummy, I didn't notice the tip to add black beans till I had already made my trip to the grocery store, but I would reccommend adding them, for more texture and interest. But the flavor was oustanding. I am adding this to my recipe book. It is more so an everyday meal, not for a special occassion, mostly because of the "sloppy" "saucy" appearance.

It was very tasty and easy to make. I used Medium Picante sauce. I also added a can of rinsed black beans. Because I read the recipe wrong, I added a cup of Picante sauce to the chicken before adding the required cup of Picante sauce "mixture". I also sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top. I would make this again.

Awsome! This was a big hit tonight!!! I didn't use the tomatos or green onion on top...but that was just because I didn't have any...it tasted great without them! We had Spanish rice for a side. My husband compared them to the Mexican restraunt down the street! It was VERY easy, and didn't take much time at all! We will definatly eat this again!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner and it was awesome. I added enchilada sauce on top of it and instead of just black beans I used refried black beans and it was yummy! I highly recommend making it!

This was good but I think next time I'm going to put all the sauce on the bottom so the enchiladas will crisp up nice! I stayed away from the chili powder but the mont. jack cheese was flavor enough!
