  • 1 cup(s) Milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 1 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese grated


  1. In a blender, combine milk, flour, and butter until smooth. Pour into saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles. Turn heat to low and stir in cheese until well blended. Cook until cheese is melted.
