Easy Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Brussel Sprouts

How to Make It

  1. Remove any yellow or bruised outside leaves

  2. Remove most of core: Cut in half, cut a small "V" on each end.

  3. Cut into thin slices

  4. Heat pan and add a few tablespoons of water and brussel sprouts

  5. Add seasoning and/or red pepper flakes to taste

  6. Cook 4-8 minutes or to desired softness

  7. Enjoy!
