Easy Berry Cobbler

    I reviewed the original recipe in 2008. I had only made it with blueberries. I tried it with blackberries this year and it was just as wonderful, maybe better. Can't wait to try peaches. It's so easy and yummy.

    This was so delicious I would have scalded my mouth to eat it before it cooled. I substituted blueberries for the blackberries and it was perfection. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this recipe is super easy and company worthy. I'll be adding this to my family cookbook.

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    My first attempt at cobbler and it was amazing! I used a 9x13in pan and increased the berries to 6c of frozen mixed berries. I used 2c flour 1.5c of sugar and two eggs. Baked for 45min. The cobbler came out perfect! Just juicy enough and not too dry the topping was sweet, but not overpowering for the berries. I will keep this one in my arsenal for a quick dessert anytime!
