- 1 (16-oz.) can refried beans
- 2 pounds shredded barbecued pork or chicken without sauce
- Mole Barbecue Sauce
- Chipotle Sour Cream
- Jicama Slaw
- Spread tostada shells with refried beans. Top with barbecued pork or chicken, Mole Barbecue Sauce, Chipotle Sour Cream, and Jicama Slaw. Serve immediately.
