Melt 2 sticks of butter in a small pot until it is completely melted. Then, add 1 pint of heavy cream and stir with a whisk. Slowly add in 1/2 parmesan cheese while constantly stirring. Bring the sauce to a boil and stir until smooth and no chunks of cheese exist. Then, add salt and pepper for taste.
Do NOT let the sauce cool, quickly poor it onto the dish you so wish to. Enjoy!
