- 1 cup(s) butter (2 sticks)
- 1 pint(s) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
- salt and pepper
- Melt 2 sticks of butter in a small pot until it is completely melted. Then, add 1 pint of heavy cream and stir with a whisk. Slowly add in 1/2 parmesan cheese while constantly stirring. Bring the sauce to a boil and stir until smooth and no chunks of cheese exist. Then, add salt and pepper for taste.
- Do NOT let the sauce cool, quickly poor it onto the dish you so wish to. Enjoy!
