- 6 cup(s) coleslaw mix 1 16oz Bag
- 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 red apple chopped
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cider vingar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- In a large bowl, combne first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Preferably 6-8 hours or overnight.
