Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies

Awesome cookies and easy for my 7 year old to cook. =)

These were extremely easy to make and tasty. However, they are just a little dry.

My aunt gave me this simple and delicious peanut butter cookie recipe over 40 years ago; and it's still one of my favorites. I sometimes substitute almond butter for the peanut butter, which makes a delicious cookie as well.

I made these with brown Splenda instead of sugar. Good but too sweet. I'll cut the amount of Splenda.

i baked these...taste good but very chewy..not crispy...what should i do to make these crisp??
