  • 1 tablespoon(s) ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoon(s) raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup(s) soy milk
  • 1/2 handful of walnuts


  1. Cook cereal in water according to directions with flaxseed meal, raisins, banana, and fruit. Drizzle with soy milk and top with nuts.
