- 1 tablespoon(s) ground flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoon(s) raisins or dried cranberries
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen fruit
- 1/2 cup(s) soy milk
- 1/2 handful of walnuts
- Cook cereal in water according to directions with flaxseed meal, raisins, banana, and fruit. Drizzle with soy milk and top with nuts.
