  • 1 pound(s) ground beef Browned
  • 1 can(s) **Small Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 can(s) **Small Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 stalk(s) celery Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 pound(s) Sausage Sliced
  • 6 tablespoon(s) ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) barbecue sauce
  • 2 cup(s) rice ** not instant
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) hot pepper sauce


  1. In a 10-inch skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, celery ground beef and sausage. Remove grease if needed. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste, salt, pepper, ketchup, barbecue sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook rice according to package. Add rice to mixture and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
