Dumplings - flat
- 1 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon(s) salad oil
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- Note: Omit baking powder if using self-rising flour.
- Stir with fork to mix. Flour a board. Work just enough flour to roll out. Cut in squares. Cook in approx. 2 qts. of broth for about 20 min.
