Dumplings - British

  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounce(s) S R flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon(s) vegetable suet
  • 1/2 bunch(es) parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Mix ingredients.

2. Add the dumplings by spoonful to soup or stew and spoon a little gravey on top. Cover and cook for 25 - 30 mins.
