This chili takes about 25 minutes to make-start to finish-and feeds a crowd. Serve with fat-free sour cream and shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese, if desired.
Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
