Ingredients

  • 10 Baby Potatoes , Boiled and Peeled
  • 2 medium Sized Onion ,Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Ghee
  • 1/2 cup(s) Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cumin Seeds
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2-3 Black Pepper Corn
  • Water as required
  • Few Coriander Leaves ,Chopped
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a pan to fry potatoes .Prick potatoes with help of a fork and drop them in to the oil to deep fry. Fry till the golden from all sides and drain on an absorbent paper. Keep them aside

  2. Step 2: Heat ghee in another pan, add cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper. Cook over a medium heat then add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes till the onion turns golden. Now add ginger – garlic paste. Sauté again
