Drunk Shrimp Recipe

If you choose to use shrimp with the heads on, use 1 1/2 pounds.


Makes 3 to 4 appetizer servings

2 (12-oz.) bottles beer
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
1 pound unpeeled, large raw shrimp (31/40 count)


1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil. Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain.
