- 2 (12-oz.) bottles beer
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
- 1 pound unpeeled, large raw shrimp (31/40 count)
How to Make It
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil. Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain.
