Dried Tomato-Basil Pesto

Ingredients

1/4 cup dried tomatoes in oil, drained and minced
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh minced basil
3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
