This is definitely a keeper -- wonderful flavor and great presentation. I made no changes to the recipe which is unusal for me! I served this with the Asparagus Salad with Piquillo Peppers and Capers, the Baked Rice and the Orange Yogurt Cake -- all recipes from CL Spanish Nights Menu. It was a great meal.

Definitely not worth the work. It was bland. Then, the recipe doesn't match the photo (that really bugs me). The recipe calls for making a roulade. The photo is stuffed only in the center, so they didn't follow the recipe when they cooked for the photo. Will not make again, as there are too many good recipes out there to mess with this one. (I was unable to find the piquillo peppers, so substituted freshly roasted red bells.)

I tried this recipie, hopeful for something unique and tasty, however, I was VERY disappointed. The combination of flavors were overwhelming and NOT pleasing in the slightest.
