Ingredients

1/4 cup reserved vegetable broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Chill, if desired.
