Dressing

This recipe goes with Tossed Spinach Salad

  • Yield: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6 ounces Canadian bacon, cut into thin strips

Preparation

Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add Canadian bacon just before serving.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Stutz Limonato California Extra Virgin Lemon and Olive Oil.
