- 1/4 cup lemon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 6 ounces Canadian bacon, cut into thin strips
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add Canadian bacon just before serving.
