Double Peanut Clusters

Yield about 2 1/2 dozen


  • 1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shelled, roasted peanuts

How to Make It

  1. Combine chocolate and peanut butter in top of a double boiler; cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, and store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
