- 1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups shelled, roasted peanuts
How to Make It
Combine chocolate and peanut butter in top of a double boiler; cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, and store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
