Double Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light-colored corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring until chocolate melts.
