Ingredients
- 1 (2.5-ounce) low-fat double-chocolate muffin with chocolate chips (such as Weight Watchers)
- 1 (3.5-ounce) sugar-free chocolate pudding cup (such as Jell-O)
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries (about 5 to 6)
- 1 tablespoon frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
- 1. Remove muffin from wrapper, and coarsely crumble. In a stemmed glass, layer 1/3 each of crumbled muffin, pudding, and strawberries. Repeat layers twice. Top with whipped topping. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
