One of my traditional Christmas cookies. Everyone loves them.

Ingredients
- 2 stick(s) piecrust mix crumbled
- 1, 3oz can(s) chow mein noodles crushed
- 1/3 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) peanut butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 teaspoon(s) water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 40 bite size peanut butter cups unwrapped
Preparation
- Combine piecrust mix, noodles, and brown sugar; thoroughly blend in peanut butter, egg, water and vanilla. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a large depression in the center of each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Put a peanut butter cup in each center. Bake 2-3 minutes more. Makes 40 cookies. Freezes well.
