4 servings (serving size: 1 brownie, 1/2 cup berry mixture, 3 tablespoons whipped topping, and 1 tablespoon ice cream topping)
3 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
4 low-fat chocolate brownies
3/4 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup fat-free fudge ice cream topping
How to Make It
Combine jam and water in a medium bowl; stir in raspberries and strawberries. Reserve 2 tablespoons berry mixture for topping. Tear brownies into small pieces, reserving several pieces for topping.
Place several brownie pieces in each of 4 dessert cups. Spoon about 1/4 cup berry mixture over brownie. Repeat layers. Top each with whipped topping, ice cream topping, reserved berry mixture, and reserved brownie pieces.
