Diver Scallops Grilled on Rosemary

Easiest scallop dish I've ever created and definitely one of the most flavorful, especially if you like rosemary. Served it over orzo and it came out very well. Will make again and will make often.

This is the simplest and most flavorful scallop recipe I've ever made. Followed the recipe except cooked the scallops directly on top of rosemary stems. Fabulous!

This is delicious. We added a smoker box with wood chips soaked in wine to the grill. Otherwise we followed the recipe. The taste was fabulous. Definitely something we'll do many times.

I made this tonight. It was delicious. I used garlic olive oil and I made more than it said because I used it also for grilled zucchini and summer squash. I served it over brown rice pilaf. YUMMY and worthy of company. This gives me a way to make scallops for more than 4 because it is too hard to saute enough scallops for a group.
