  3. 栗子500克

  4. 砂糖80克

  5. 牛奶370克(视栗子肉多少而定,重量相同)

  6. 1.洗干净栗子。

  7. 2.锅里放没过栗子的水,煮20-30分钟左右到栗子皮变软

  8. 3.取出栗子,凉后用刀将栗子切两半。用小勺子将栗子肉挖出(注意不要挂到内层栗子毛皮了)。500克栗子豆妈最后收获了370克栗子肉。

  9. 4.把所有的栗子肉放入锅中,再加入和栗子同等重量的牛奶,小火慢熬,到栗子和牛奶的混合物刚开始变得粘稠的时候加入砂糖。再接着熬煮(这个时候容易糊锅要注意多翻动)直到混合物变得象煮得很稠的粥那样状态。

  10. 5.等完全凉后,放入food processor里,高速搅拌粉碎2分钟即可。如果没有食品加工机也可以用过筛的方法,这一步可以使栗子酱口感更均匀细腻。

  11. 6.最后装瓶密封,冰箱冷藏保存。
