Wonderful flavor! The liver adds an amazing rich flavor and I have to say that I don't normally eat liver. It's not spicy-hot at all despite the ingredients, it's just delicious!

Actually haven't tried this one yet, but wanted to add the nutrient info for those who need it (like me). this came from http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php?process=resubmit&count=2 for those interested. I'm not guaranteeing the info, but I do use it in my Nutrition and Food Science classes. It's been pretty accurate so far.
