Dilled Smoked Salmon Spread

Yield 4 cups


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed
  • 1 1/2 pounds smoked salmon, chopped
  • Garnish: fresh dillweed sprigs

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients. Stir in fish. Cover and chill at least 6 hours. Garnish, if desired.
