Dill Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons minced dill pickle
  • 2 teaspoons liquid from jarred capers
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill.
