Ingredients
- 2 cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dill seed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss well with the dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
