Dill-Horseradish Cream

Makes 1 1/4 cups

Give this classic creamy condiment as much horseradish oomph as you please.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 48 hours.
