Dijon Vinaigrette

Yield 1 1/4 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons)
This zesty dressing is simple to make and really peps up modest greens.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced, or 1 1/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
