  • 3 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • salt and pepper


  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 400

  2. In a bowl, whisk the mustard, oil and garlic;
  3. season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss in the cauliflower;
  5. spread on a baking sheet.

  6. Roast for 30 minutes
