Dijon Potato Salad

  • Yield: Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 20- to 24-ounce bag partially cooked diced red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped watercress
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dill-pickle relish

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
