Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package trimmed fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon light butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Microwave beans according to package directions.
  2. 2. While beans cook, combine butter and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place beans in a serving bowl. Add butter mixture; toss well. Serve immediately.
