  • 12 ounce(s) package trimmed fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon(s) light butter melted
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon rind grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt


  1. Microwave green beans according to package directions.
  2. While beans are cooking , combine butter and remaining ingredients in a small
  3. bowl. Place beans in a serving bowl. Add butter mixture and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately.
